Strategic Mandate
This role commands the automation and decision-making layers of advanced fintech platforms, ensuring that financial systems evolve toward controlled autonomy without loss of governance or predictability.
The Supreme Head treats automation as embedded policy, not convenience tooling. Every automated decision—pricing, routing, throttling, risk response—is governed by explicit logic, explainable outcomes, and enforceable constraints.
Core Responsibilities

Architect decision engines embedded within fintech transaction flows.

Define automation boundaries governing what systems may decide autonomously.

Design rule-based and adaptive control frameworks for fintech platforms.

Establish decision auditability and explainability mechanisms.

Embed policy logic directly into automated workflows.

Govern feedback loops between system behavior and financial outcomes.

Lead the transition from human-mediated operations to autonomous yet controlled fintech systems.
Professional Profile

19+ years in fintech automation, decision systems, or financial intelligence engineering.

Deep expertise in real-time decision logic, system controls, and autonomous workflows.

Strong understanding of risk, accountability, and governance in automated finance.

Executive authority with systems-thinking depth.
Compensation Architecture (Annual)

Base Salary: KWD 210,000 – 280,000

Automation Architecture Performance Bonus: KWD 50,000 – 85,000

Autonomous Systems Leadership Incentive: KWD 45,000 – 75,000

Total Potential Package: KWD 305,000 – 440,000+
