Role: Remote Financial Super-App Strategy Manager

Across the GCC, financial platforms are evolving into “super-app ecosystems”—integrating payments, lending, savings, insurance, and lifestyle services into a single digital interface. This role is responsible for defining and executing the strategic roadmap behind such an ecosystem.
Charter Objective
To conceptualize, structure, and scale a multi-functional financial super-app, ensuring seamless integration of services while maintaining performance, security, and user-centric design.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Define the long-term roadmap for a fintech super-app ecosystem
- Identify and prioritize features such as payments, micro-lending, investments, and lifestyle integrations
- Align product strategy with emerging fintech trends and user demands
- Coordinate cross-functional execution between product, engineering, and analytics teams
- Develop monetization strategies across different service layers
- Continuously evaluate performance metrics and refine the platform strategy
