Strategic Context
This role is responsible for building the financial data fabric that underpins modern fintech platforms. The Global Head will treat financial data not as static records, but as continuous signals that drive decision-making, risk detection, forecasting, and automation across the entire fintech stack.
The objective is to ensure that every financial event becomes actionable intelligence.
Core Responsibilities

Architect platform-wide financial data fabrics unifying transactional, behavioral, and operational data

Design real-time financial signal pipelines for monitoring risk, performance, and anomalies

Establish data governance frameworks ensuring accuracy, lineage, and institutional trust

Integrate intelligence layers with payments, lending, wealth, and treasury systems

Define advanced analytics and forecasting models supporting executive decision-making

Lead long-term strategy for scalable, future-proof fintech intelligence infrastructure
Required Expertise

13+ years in fintech data architecture, analytics, or financial intelligence systems

Strong experience with event streaming, real-time analytics, and distributed data platforms

Deep understanding of financial data semantics and system interoperability

Ability to bridge engineering rigor with financial insight

Highly analytical leader with systems-level thinking

Experienced managing remote data, engineering, and analytics teams

Comfortable translating complex data concepts into executive-level insights
Engagement & Compensation

Fully remote role aligned with Dubai

Monthly compensation: AED 95,000 – 140,000
