Primary Responsibilities

• Curate the lifecycle of digital banking and payment products.
• Translate market intelligence into customer-focused innovations.
• Lead cross-functional product enhancement initiatives.
• Conduct customer journey evaluations and usability assessments.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and marketing teams.
• Define product positioning and commercialization strategies.
• Monitor product adoption and performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities for embedded finance solutions.
• Produce executive product performance reports.
• Champion continuous improvement across digital services.

Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or Information Systems.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in product management, fintech, or digital banking.
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking.
• Proven ability to deliver innovative customer-centric solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
