About the Role:
A growing fintech venture serving SMEs and consumers across Qatar is hiring a Remote Financial Partnerships Manager to lead the establishment of strategic alliances with banks, telecoms, aggregators, and financial institutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about open banking ecosystems and excited to expand lending, credit, and embedded finance distribution channels across the region.
This role will act as a primary interface with key stakeholders in Qatar’s evolving fintech infrastructure and help unlock scalable monetization paths for digital lending products.
Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and negotiate partnerships with financial institutions, PSPs, and alternative credit providers.

Build and maintain C-level relationships with Qatar-based banks and enterprise clients.

Develop joint go-to-market strategies and co-branded solutions with strategic partners.

Drive integrations with partner APIs, data sources, or platforms to enhance product capabilities.

Monitor the performance of partnerships through KPIs including customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and revenue sharing.

Ensure all partnerships comply with Qatar Central Bank (QCB) licensing and risk frameworks.

Coordinate with marketing and legal teams to ensure alignment of messaging, contracts, and partnership terms.
Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or fintech relationship management.

Demonstrated success in forging alliances with financial institutions or regulated firms.

Strong knowledge of the Qatari financial landscape and fintech regulatory priorities.

Familiarity with lending products, open banking APIs, and embedded credit infrastructure.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related fields; MBA is a plus.
Desired Characteristics:

Experience in structuring revenue-sharing models and operational SLAs.

Understanding of Qatar’s SME sector and evolving digital economy.

Multilingual fluency (English required; Arabic strongly preferred).
