An expanding fintech institution is recruiting a highly organized Financial Operations Excellence Manager to optimize enterprise financial operations supporting payment processing, digital banking services, merchant settlements, customer account administration, and operational governance.
This position is designed for professionals passionate about process optimization, operational resilience, customer service excellence, and continuous improvement within fast-paced financial technology environments.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise financial operations and workflow optimization.
- Monitor payment processing, settlements, and reconciliation activities.
- Develop operational performance metrics and service standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional improvement initiatives.
- Support automation of operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise operational policies.
- Collaborate with finance, technology, and customer success teams.
- Prepare operational reports for senior leadership.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Information Systems.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in fintech operations, banking operations, or financial services.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing high-volume financial operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
