Role Overview

A high-growth fintech initiative in Riyadh is seeking a dynamic Financial Literacy Program Manager – SME Education, Credit Awareness & Business Finance Training to lead financial education programs tailored for small and medium-sized enterprises.

This role is focused on empowering business owners with the financial knowledge required to manage cash flow, access credit responsibly, and optimize their financial performance using modern fintech solutions.

You will design targeted training programs, workshops, and digital learning modules that address real-world financial challenges faced by SMEs—helping them make informed decisions and leverage financial tools effectively.


Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver financial literacy programs focused on SME finance, credit management, and cash flow optimization
  • Create training materials covering lending, financial planning, digital payments, and business finance
  • Conduct workshops, webinars, and training sessions for SME owners and entrepreneurs
  • Collaborate with product teams to integrate educational content into fintech platforms
  • Monitor program performance and measure impact on SME financial behavior
  • Build partnerships with business associations, incubators, and government initiatives
  • Conduct research on SME financial challenges and literacy gaps
  • Ensure alignment with Saudi financial regulations and SME development frameworks
  • Provide advisory support to SMEs on financial best practices
  • Develop scalable digital learning solutions for wider reach
  • Track engagement metrics and continuously improve program effectiveness

Required Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in financial education, SME support, or program management
  • Strong understanding of SME financial operations and credit systems
  • Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills
  • Experience in designing and delivering educational programs
  • Analytical mindset with ability to measure program impact
  • Knowledge of Saudi business and fintech landscape preferred

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with digital learning platforms and e-learning tools
  • Knowledge of SME lending and financial products
  • Exposure to entrepreneurship ecosystems
