An innovative fintech institution delivering advanced payment infrastructure throughout the Gulf region is searching for an accomplished Financial Intelligence Specialist capable of extracting valuable commercial insights from vast financial datasets while supporting executive decision-making and sustainable business growth.
You will become a strategic contributor responsible for developing intelligent analytical frameworks that enhance operational efficiency, improve revenue performance, strengthen fraud detection initiatives, and optimize customer profitability.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyze high-volume transaction data across multiple fintech products.
- Produce executive intelligence reports supporting commercial decisions.
- Monitor financial KPIs and business performance indicators.
- Build automated analytical dashboards.
- Identify revenue leakage and operational inefficiencies.
- Perform customer profitability analysis.
- Evaluate payment behavior and merchant performance.
- Generate predictive financial insights using statistical models.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to identify abnormal transaction patterns.
- Develop business cases supporting strategic investments.
- Deliver financial analytics supporting executive planning sessions.
- Optimize pricing strategies through advanced financial analysis.
- Assist product teams with profitability forecasting.
- Support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or Business Intelligence.
- Minimum 4 years of fintech, banking, or payment analytics experience.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Power BI.
- Experience with Python or R is advantageous.
- Strong statistical analysis capabilities.
- Understanding of financial reporting frameworks.
- Excellent analytical reasoning and business acumen.
- Ability to explain complex financial information to executive stakeholders.
