Strategic Vision & Role Purpose

This role positions data, analytics, and artificial intelligence as core financial infrastructure, rather than auxiliary analytical functions. The Principal Leader will be responsible for building decision-centric fintech environments, where predictive intelligence is embedded directly into transaction flows, risk frameworks, and operational processes.

Operating remotely with Dubai as a strategic anchor, the role focuses on transforming large-scale financial data into actionable, forward-looking intelligence that enhances system stability, efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise-scale financial data platforms supporting real-time ingestion, batch processing, and predictive analytics.

• Design and oversee AI-driven models for transaction behavior analysis, liquidity forecasting, operational optimization, and systemic risk anticipation.

• Establish comprehensive data governance and quality frameworks, including lineage, observability, access controls, and accountability standards.

• Embed predictive intelligence directly into fintech operational workflows, enabling automated and proactive decision-making.

• Lead globally distributed data engineering, analytics, and AI teams within a remote-first operating model.

• Define standards for model transparency, ethical AI usage, and explainable decision systems in financial environments.

Required Expertise

• 14–20 years of experience in financial data engineering, advanced analytics, or AI-driven fintech systems.

• Deep expertise in cloud-native data architectures, distributed processing frameworks, and real-time analytics pipelines.

• Strong background in predictive modeling, statistical inference, and large-scale financial datasets.

• Demonstrated ability to operationalize AI in mission-critical fintech environments.

• Excellent documentation, leadership, and cross-functional communication skills.

Compensation & Engagement Structure

• Annual Base Compensation: AED 700,000 – 1,050,000 (tax-free)

• Performance incentives aligned with predictive accuracy, operational impact, and system maturity
