Role Philosophy
The Senior Authority is tasked with leading intelligence-first financial data architecture initiatives, where analytics and AI are embedded directly into fintech operations rather than treated as downstream functions. The role transforms high-volume transactional and behavioral data into predictive and decision-grade insights that inform platform operations, risk mitigation, and strategic direction.
Responsibilities

Architect scalable financial data platforms supporting real-time, batch, and predictive analytics workloads.

Design AI-driven predictive intelligence models for transaction behavior, liquidity forecasting, and systemic risk.

Define data governance frameworks covering data quality, lineage, security, and operational observability.

Integrate AI and predictive analytics directly into operational fintech workflows to optimize decision-making.

Lead the development of machine-assisted financial insight pipelines across distributed teams.

Mentor and guide global data engineering teams on best practices in predictive finance.
Expertise Required

14–20 years in financial data engineering, analytics, or AI-driven fintech intelligence systems.

Expertise in cloud-native data architectures, distributed systems, real-time analytics, and AI/ML applications.

Strong background in predictive modelling, statistical analysis, and large-scale financial datasets.

Proven experience delivering insight-driven operational optimization in remote, globally distributed environments.

Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills for international, cross-functional teams.
Compensation & Benefits

Annual Base Compensation: AED 600,000 – 900,000 (tax-free)
