Role Philosophy & Strategic Intent

This role is conceived for a senior fintech data authority responsible for designing intelligence-centric financial data architectures. The mandate positions data not as a support function, but as a core operational layer of fintech infrastructure, enabling predictive insight, optimisation, and adaptive decision-making at scale.

Operating remotely while aligned with Dubai’s global fintech orientation, the role focuses on embedding predictive and algorithmic intelligence directly into financial systems, ensuring that insight generation is continuous, automated, and decision-grade.

Core Responsibilities

• Architect large-scale financial data platforms supporting real-time and batch analytics

• Design predictive intelligence systems for transaction behaviour, liquidity dynamics, and financial forecasting

• Establish enterprise-grade data governance covering quality, lineage, security, and observability

• Embed analytics and AI-driven intelligence directly into fintech workflows and system logic

• Lead the evolution of algorithmic and machine-assisted financial insight pipelines

• Provide architectural leadership, mentorship, and technical direction across distributed data teams

Required Expertise

• 14–20 years of experience in fintech data engineering, analytics, or financial intelligence systems

• Advanced expertise in cloud data architectures, distributed processing, and real-time analytics frameworks

• Strong command of predictive modelling, statistical analysis, and financial data structures

• Proven experience working with high-volume transactional and behavioural financial datasets

• Strong written articulation and architectural documentation capability in remote environments

Compensation Framework

• Annual Compensation: AED 600,000 – 900,000 (tax-free)
