Role Philosophy & Purpose
This role is created for a senior fintech data authority tasked with designing and governing advanced financial data architectures that transform high-volume transactional data into predictive, decision-grade intelligence. The position focuses on enabling foresight within digital finance systems—allowing platforms to anticipate trends, optimise performance, and manage financial complexity proactively.
The role sits at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and financial system design, ensuring that intelligence is embedded directly into fintech operations rather than treated as an external layer.
Key Responsibilities & Impact Areas

Architect large-scale financial data platforms supporting real-time and batch analytics workloads

Design predictive intelligence frameworks for transaction behaviour, liquidity dynamics, and financial forecasting

Establish comprehensive data governance models covering quality, lineage, security, and observability

Embed analytics and AI-driven intelligence directly into fintech workflows and decision systems

Lead the evolution of machine-assisted financial insight pipelines

Provide architectural leadership, mentorship, and technical direction across distributed data teams
Required Expertise & Professional Depth

10–18 years of experience in fintech data engineering, analytics, or financial intelligence systems

Advanced expertise in cloud data architectures, distributed processing, and real-time analytics frameworks

Strong command of predictive modelling, statistical analysis, and financial data structures

Proven experience working with large-scale transactional and behavioural financial datasets

Strong written articulation and documentation skills suitable for remote, global collaboration
Compensation & Engagement Structure

Annual Compensation Range: AED 520,000 – 760,000 (tax-free)
