Creative & Product Mission

We are seeking an innovative Experience Designer to shape how customers interact with digital financial products across mobile applications, online banking platforms, digital wallets, payment services, and technology-enabled financial ecosystems.

This position goes beyond conventional interface design. The successful candidate will investigate customer behavior, identify friction within financial journeys, translate research into product improvements, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to create intuitive and commercially effective financial experiences.

The ideal professional understands that excellent fintech experiences must combine simplicity, trust, accessibility, transaction efficiency, security, and measurable business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys across digital financial products.

• Conduct customer research to understand behavioral patterns and unmet needs.

• Translate research findings into practical product and experience improvements.

• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, and interaction models.

• Work closely with product managers and engineers throughout product development.

• Identify friction points within onboarding, payments, transfers, account management, and other financial journeys.

• Develop experience strategies for mobile and web-based financial platforms.

• Establish consistent design principles across multiple fintech products.

• Analyze product analytics and customer feedback to identify experience opportunities.

• Conduct usability testing and evaluate design effectiveness.

• Collaborate with data and product teams to measure the commercial impact of experience improvements.

• Support accessibility and inclusive-design initiatives.

• Contribute to design systems and reusable digital-product components.

• Present design recommendations to senior product and technology stakeholders.

• Monitor emerging developments in digital banking, financial UX, artificial intelligence, and customer technology.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Design, Psychology, Product Design, Computer Science, or related discipline.

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX, product design, service design, or digital financial products.

• Demonstrated experience designing complex digital platforms.

• Strong understanding of user research and usability methodologies.

• Experience working with product managers, engineers, data teams, and commercial stakeholders.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product-experience work.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Understanding of fintech, banking, payments, or financial applications is highly desirable.
