To lead this strategic initiative, the organization is seeking an Executive Vice President – Global Remittances, Cross-Border Liquidity & Payment Corridors Optimization.
This role is responsible for orchestrating how money flows globally—ensuring that remittance networks are efficient, scalable, and capable of supporting millions of transactions with minimal friction.
Core Responsibilities
Cross-Border Payment Strategy
- Define global strategy for remittance network expansion.
- Develop frameworks for optimizing international payment corridors.
- Identify high-volume remittance routes and growth opportunities.
- Align payment strategies with regional market dynamics.
Liquidity Management & Optimization
- Design systems for managing liquidity across borders.
- Optimize capital allocation for payment settlements.
- Ensure availability of funds across multiple currencies.
- Reduce costs associated with cross-border transactions.
Network Infrastructure & Integration
- Build interconnected financial networks across regions.
- Integrate banking systems, payment platforms, and digital wallets.
- Enable seamless transaction routing across multiple rails.
- Ensure scalability and resilience of payment infrastructure.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with international financial regulations.
- Implement anti-fraud and transaction monitoring systems.
- Maintain transparency and auditability of transactions.
- Manage risks associated with cross-border financial flows.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Technology.
- 12+ years of experience in payments, remittances, or banking.
- Strong expertise in cross-border financial systems.
- Experience managing large-scale payment networks.
- Proven executive leadership in global financial environments.
