Position Summary
We are seeking an accomplished leader for the role of Executive Vice President – Global Fintech Risk Intelligence & Compliance Architecture. The role is designed for an individual capable of advancing AI-driven regulatory oversight, next-generation risk intelligence platforms, and cross-border compliance ecosystems, with strategic emphasis on Saudi Arabia’s rapidly diversifying digital economy.
Core Responsibilities

Architect enterprise-wide risk intelligence systems leveraging machine learning, big data, and predictive analytics to identify financial vulnerabilities.

Direct the integration of global anti-financial crime platforms, including AML, CFT, and KYC automation frameworks.

Develop compliance-as-a-service models for fintechs and financial institutions operating within and beyond Saudi Arabia.

Oversee the alignment of all digital systems with SAMA guidelines, FATF protocols, and global fintech compliance standards.

Establish thought leadership channels, engaging with policy-makers, regulators, and international financial watchdogs.
Key Qualifications

Minimum 12–15 years in fintech compliance, regulatory intelligence, or advanced financial risk management.

Mastery in AI/ML, blockchain for compliance, RegTech ecosystems, and cross-border financial monitoring.

Strong grasp of Saudi Arabia’s fintech regulatory frameworks and global supervisory standards.

Advanced academic or professional credentials in Financial Law, Data Analytics, or Global Finance.
