Role Overview

The Executive Vice President – Global Digital Banking Strategy will provide visionary leadership in designing, governing, and scaling end-to-end digital financial infrastructures that integrate blockchain, cloud-native banking cores, API-driven platforms, and AI-enabled analytics frameworks to serve a multi-regional financial audience.
Key Responsibilities

Define and execute a cross-border digital finance blueprint that aligns with UAE’s innovation vision and global banking interoperability standards.

Drive multi-tier fintech transformations spanning digital identity, payments modernization, embedded finance, and wealth automation across regional markets.

Establish governance frameworks for data integrity, cybersecurity, and regulatory alignment consistent with international financial compliance regimes (FATF, PSD2, ISO 20022, GDPR).

Lead global partnerships with technology vendors, cloud providers, and financial institutions to foster interoperable and scalable fintech ecosystems.

Direct executive-level strategy on digital currencies, tokenization, and central bank digital asset integration.
Qualifications & Experience

12+ years of progressive leadership in digital banking or fintech innovation strategy.

Advanced knowledge of financial infrastructure modernization, digital assets, and AI-enabled decision intelligence.

Proven success in managing international financial transformation initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.

MBA or MSc in Finance, Computer Science, or Strategic Technology Management preferred.

Strong command of fintech regulatory frameworks across GCC and OECD regions.
