Executive Vice President – Fintech Transaction Engines & Digital Financial Throughput.
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Riyadh | National & Cross-Market Mandate)
Strategic Mandate
This role is engineered for a senior fintech executive responsible for the design, governance, and evolution of high-velocity transaction engines that underpin modern digital financial ecosystems. The mandate focuses on how transactions are ingested, validated, routed, settled, and finalized at massive scale—without latency, inconsistency, or systemic risk.
The position operates at the deepest operational layer of fintech infrastructure, where throughput, determinism, and accuracy define market confidence and economic reliability.
Primary Responsibilities

Architect ultra-high-throughput transaction engines supporting real-time payments, wallets, and financial platforms.

Design deterministic transaction-processing logic ensuring accuracy, idempotency, and finality under extreme volumes.

Define queueing, prioritization, and routing frameworks embedded directly into financial execution layers.

Establish standards for latency control, concurrency management, and fault isolation.

Oversee integration of settlement orchestration and balance synchronization logic.

Implement embedded transaction-level risk controls and anomaly detection.

Govern system-wide auditability, traceability, and forensic reconstruction capability.

Represent transaction-infrastructure strategy in international fintech and financial-systems forums.
Executive Profile

18+ years in fintech infrastructure, transaction platforms, or financial systems engineering.

Deep mastery of high-volume transaction processing and real-time financial execution.

Proven leadership in mission-critical, zero-failure financial environments.

Ability to balance architectural rigor with operational performance demands.
Compensation Structure (Annual, Tax-Advantaged)

Base Salary: SAR 1,300,000 – 1,650,000

Throughput Performance Bonus: SAR 380,000 – 560,000

Long-Term Systems Scalability Incentive: SAR 480,000 – 750,000
