Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will influence long-term corporate strategy while identifying transformative commercial opportunities capable of positioning the organisation as a recognised leader in financial innovation.
Strategic Responsibilities

Identify emerging fintech investment opportunities.

Lead executive commercial negotiations and strategic alliances.

Evaluate new market entry initiatives.

Conduct investment analysis supporting executive decision-making.

Collaborate with product, finance, technology, and operations executives.

Present commercial recommendations to executive committees and institutional stakeholders.

Establish performance frameworks measuring strategic growth.

Mentor senior commercial and corporate strategy leaders.
Executive Qualifications

MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, International Business, or Technology Management.

Minimum 15 years of executive experience within fintech, banking, investment management, or financial services.

Strong commercial leadership and corporate development expertise.

Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
