A globally connected fintech enterprise is seeking a visionary Executive Vice President – Enterprise Payments & Financial Infrastructure to oversee enterprise payment ecosystems, financial infrastructure modernization, strategic investment initiatives, and cross-border payment innovation across the Gulf region.
This executive appointment is designed for transformational leaders capable of building resilient payment architectures, cultivating strategic partnerships, and delivering enterprise-scale financial innovation that supports millions of customers and businesses.
Executive Responsibilities
- Define enterprise payment infrastructure strategy.
- Lead modernization of digital payment platforms.
- Build strategic alliances with banks, payment networks, and technology providers.
- Oversee high-value transformation programs across financial operations.
- Strengthen enterprise governance, resilience, and operational risk management.
- Guide investment in emerging payment technologies.
- Lead executive decision-making through financial and market intelligence.
- Build high-performing multidisciplinary leadership teams.
- Represent the organization during international fintech and banking forums.

Executive Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- MBA or executive postgraduate qualification strongly preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of executive leadership experience within fintech, payments, banking infrastructure, or financial services.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise transformation and payment modernization initiatives.
- Outstanding executive communication, negotiation, and organizational leadership capabilities.
