Executive Vice President – Digital Ledger Engineering & Financial Systems Integrity.
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Riyadh | National-Scale & Regional Oversight)
Strategic Mandate
This role is conceived for a senior fintech executive responsible for designing and governing the foundational architecture of digital financial systems—specifically the core ledgers, transaction engines, and integrity layers upon which all fintech activity depends.
The mandate is not product-oriented. It is structural and systemic, focused on how balances are represented, how transactions achieve finality, how consistency is maintained across distributed environments, and how financial truth is preserved at scale in real-time digital economies.
Primary Responsibilities

Architect next-generation digital ledger frameworks, supporting real-time posting, atomicity, and reconciliation.

Design event-driven transaction engines capable of handling extreme volumes with deterministic accuracy.

Establish financial data integrity, consistency, and auditability standards across distributed systems.

Lead modernization initiatives transitioning legacy cores into modular, cloud-native fintech architectures.

Define governance frameworks for ledger control, exception handling, and systemic fault isolation.

Oversee integration of settlement logic, balance computation, and transaction state management.

Collaborate with risk, compliance, and infrastructure stakeholders to ensure institutional-grade resilience.

Represent core-architecture strategy in international fintech and financial-systems forums.
Executive Profile

18+ years in fintech infrastructure, core banking systems, or financial-market technology.

Deep mastery of ledger theory, transaction lifecycles, and financial data modeling.

Proven leadership in mission-critical, high-reliability financial environments.

Ability to operate at both abstract architectural and deeply technical execution levels.
Compensation Structure (Annual, Tax-Advantaged)

Base Salary: SAR 1,250,000 – 1,600,000

Architecture Performance Bonus: SAR 350,000 – 520,000

Long-Term Systems Integrity Incentive: SAR 450,000 – 700,000

Total Annual Package: SAR 2.05M – 2.82M
