A globally connected financial technology organization is seeking an accomplished Executive Vice President – Digital Finance Strategy & Innovation to architect long-term growth initiatives that redefine digital financial services across the Gulf region and international markets.
This executive appointment is suited to a transformational leader with exceptional expertise in fintech strategy, enterprise innovation, financial modernization, and large-scale business transformation. The successful candidate will shape executive policy, influence investment priorities, and champion breakthrough technologies that elevate customer experiences while strengthening institutional performance.
Executive Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise-wide digital finance strategies aligned with long-term corporate objectives.
- Direct innovation programmes across payments, lending, digital banking, and financial infrastructure.
- Lead executive transformation initiatives involving emerging technologies.
- Build strategic alliances with financial institutions, technology providers, and regulatory stakeholders.
- Evaluate mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investment opportunities.
- Oversee executive governance for enterprise innovation portfolios.

- Present strategic recommendations to board-level leadership.

Executive Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, or Engineering.
- MBA, MSc, or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in fintech, banking, financial services, or enterprise technology.
- Demonstrated expertise leading large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong commercial, financial, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
