An internationally respected financial technology organization is seeking an accomplished Executive Vice President – Digital Finance Ecosystem Strategy to lead the development of next-generation financial ecosystems across the Gulf region.
This executive appointment offers an opportunity to influence large-scale digital transformation, create future-ready financial products, strengthen strategic alliances, and accelerate innovation across modern payment infrastructure, financial inclusion initiatives, and intelligent banking platforms.
The successful candidate will operate at board level, translating corporate vision into measurable commercial success while leading multidisciplinary teams across technology, finance, operations, compliance, and customer experience.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Define enterprise-wide digital finance strategy aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Build scalable fintech ecosystems supporting digital commerce and cross-border financial services.
- Develop strategic partnerships with financial institutions, technology providers, regulators, and innovation hubs.
- Oversee transformation of digital banking capabilities.
- Lead enterprise innovation programs utilizing Artificial Intelligence, automation, and predictive analytics.
- Drive revenue growth through digital financial products.
- Champion customer-centric financial experiences.
- Guide investment decisions involving emerging financial technologies.
- Establish governance frameworks for enterprise innovation.
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board committees.
Executive Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership within fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Strong commercial strategy background.
- Experience leading enterprise digital transformation.
- Proven capability managing multi-country initiatives.
- Outstanding executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
