Role Overview
Bahrain is positioning itself as a global testing ground for regulated digital assets and blockchain-based finance. As Executive Vice President – Digital Asset Ecosystems & Tokenized Finance Innovation, you will oversee the design and deployment of next-generation financial infrastructures: tokenized securities exchanges, blockchain settlement platforms, and institutional-grade digital asset custody.
Core Responsibilities

Architect institutional tokenization platforms enabling fractionalized equities, debt instruments, and real-world assets (RWA).

Spearhead blockchain-native capital markets, integrating smart contracts for issuance, clearing, and settlement.

Oversee digital custody solutions, embedding multi-signature protocols, MPC, and quantum-resilient encryption.

Align strategy with global digital asset regulatory frameworks (MiCA, FATF, IOSCO) while influencing GCC standards.

Drive cross-border capital mobility, ensuring interoperability between regional and international tokenized exchanges.

Foster ecosystem alliances with fintech startups, sovereign funds, and institutional investors.
Ideal Profile

15–20 years of leadership across fintech, capital markets, or blockchain-driven platforms.

Technical mastery in DLT-based securities issuance, custodial infrastructure, and cross-jurisdictional compliance.

Recognized thought leader in digital asset monetization and token economy design.

Proven ability to scale institutional fintech products with $10B+ transaction volumes.
