Executive Vice President – Autonomous Fintech Systems & Financial Control Intelligence
Location: United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi / Dubai | Global Systems Leadership Role)
Strategic Context
This role is created for a senior fintech executive tasked with designing autonomous financial systems—platforms capable of self-monitoring, self-optimizing, and self-correcting in real time without continuous human intervention.
The mandate is focused on embedding control intelligence directly into financial infrastructure, enabling systems to dynamically manage performance, risk, pricing, and operational behavior at scale.
Primary Responsibilities

Architect autonomous fintech platforms integrating control intelligence across payments, balances, and transaction routing.

Design self-optimizing financial engines capable of dynamic adjustment based on real-time conditions.

Lead development of closed-loop control systems for risk, pricing, and liquidity behavior.

Define governance frameworks for algorithmic control, escalation logic, and override mechanisms.

Oversee deployment of real-time monitoring, feedback, and corrective execution layers.

Align autonomous systems with regulatory, operational, and stability requirements.

Supervise multidisciplinary teams across engineering, analytics, and financial systems.

Represent autonomous-finance strategy in global fintech and technology forums.
Executive Profile

18+ years in fintech platforms, AI-driven systems, or complex financial infrastructure.

Deep expertise in autonomous systems, real-time analytics, and financial control logic.

Strong understanding of risk containment, system resilience, and algorithmic governance.

Compensation Structure (Annual)

Base Salary: AED 1,050,000 – 1,350,000

Autonomous Systems Performance Bonus: AED 320,000 – 480,000

Long-Term Intelligence Architecture Award: AED 450,000 – 650,000

Total Annual Package: AED 1.82M – 2.48M
