Strategic Mandate
The Executive Treasury Technology & Liquidity Intelligence Strategist is responsible for architecting the next generation of digital treasury ecosystems, focusing on liquidity visibility, cash concentration logic, and real-time financial intelligence across complex, multi-currency environments.
This role operates at a market-infrastructure and institutional-design level, addressing how treasury platforms evolve from static reporting tools into intelligent, predictive liquidity systems that support strategic decision-making under volatile global financial conditions.
Primary Responsibilities

Architect digital treasury and liquidity intelligence frameworks across multi-currency environments

Define models for real-time cash visibility, liquidity forecasting, and stress-scenario modelling

Evaluate emerging treasury technologies, including AI-driven forecasting and API-based bank connectivity

Assess systemic liquidity risk, operational concentration, and dependency on financial intermediaries

Produce executive-level treasury architecture papers, intelligence models, and future-state roadmaps

Advise international stakeholders on modern treasury system design and global liquidity optimisation
