This appointment is designed as a top-tier fintech systems leadership role, responsible for defining how large-scale digital financial platforms are conceptualized, governed, and sustained over long-term growth cycles. The role goes far beyond operational delivery; it is centered on strategic systems governance, architectural coherence, and institutional-grade platform resilience.
Operating remotely while aligned with Kuwait’s evolving fintech and financial modernization agenda, the role requires an individual capable of shaping complex fintech ecosystems that balance innovation, regulatory discipline, and operational stability across international markets.
Core Strategic Responsibilities

Define and own the overarching systems strategy governing fintech platforms, digital finance infrastructure, and financial data ecosystems

Establish enterprise-level governance frameworks for platform architecture, integration standards, and lifecycle management

Design operating models for scalable transaction platforms, digital account systems, and API-driven financial services

Ensure architectural alignment between business strategy, regulatory obligations, and long-term technology evolution

Lead platform risk assessments covering resilience, scalability, cyber exposure, and systemic dependencies

Serve as the principal authority for fintech platform governance, architectural exceptions, and long-term modernization initiatives
Executive Profile Requirements

15+ years of experience in fintech architecture, financial systems strategy, or digital finance platforms

Demonstrated leadership in governing complex, regulated financial systems

Strong understanding of platform economics, financial operations, and technology risk

Proven ability to operate at executive and board-advisory levels

Exceptional documentation, strategic articulation, and systems-thinking capability
Salary Structure (Indicative – Kuwait Market, Remote)

Base Annual Salary: USD 165,000 – 215,000

Strategic Leadership Incentive: 30% – 45% of base
