Strategic Role Overview
The Executive Principal will serve as the architect and strategic authority over end-to-end payment infrastructure systems designed for international, high-volume, multi-currency financial environments. This role demands visionary thinking to design systems that are resilient, scalable, and future-proof, integrating real-time payments, settlement networks, and transaction orchestration frameworks.
Operating remotely with Dubai as the strategic reference point, the role’s remit includes influencing global transaction flows, network interoperability, fault-tolerant architecture, and settlement lifecycle management.
Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design and governance of global digital payment ecosystems spanning initiation, authorization, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting.

Define real-time transaction orchestration frameworks capable of sustaining high-volume cross-border flows with low latency.

Establish infrastructure standards for resilience, redundancy, disaster recovery, and operational continuity.

Develop long-term strategic roadmaps for payments architecture in alignment with global fintech innovation and regulatory evolution.

Oversee distributed engineering teams to ensure adherence to architectural integrity, security standards, and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with regulatory, risk, and compliance stakeholders to ensure platform alignment with cross-jurisdictional requirements.
Required Expertise

15–22 years in financial infrastructure, payments engineering, or transaction systems.

Mastery of payment lifecycles, clearing and settlement models, and transaction orchestration architectures.

Expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native platforms, event-driven architecture, and fault-tolerant design.

Experience in multi-currency, cross-border transaction systems.

Exceptional strategic and architectural documentation skills suitable for remote global collaboration.
Compensation & Benefits

Annual Base Compensation: AED 650,000 – 980,000 (tax-free)
