Strategic Mandate
This role is instituted to define, govern, and preserve how monetary value is abstracted, represented, and manipulated inside advanced fintech platforms. The Executive Principal will hold ultimate authority over units of account, value precision, denomination logic, rounding doctrines, and cross-system value equivalence, ensuring that digital finance systems express money with absolute mathematical, economic, and systemic consistency.
The mandate is not accounting operations or pricing strategy. It is monetary abstraction architecture, determining how value itself exists within code, how it transforms across systems, and how integrity is preserved under extreme transactional scale.
Executive Authority & Responsibilities

Architect and govern digital value representation models, including units of account, denomination schemas, and precision standards.

Define executive doctrines for rounding behaviour, value conversion, and loss-avoidance invariants.

Establish system-wide standards for value consistency across ledgers, transactions, settlement, and analytics layers.

Oversee alignment between monetary abstraction logic and liquidity, treasury, and capital systems.

Lead multi-year evolution strategies addressing scale, multi-asset complexity, and future monetary extensibility.

Act as final authority on value discrepancies, representation conflicts, and monetary logic disputes.
Executive Profile

20–28+ years in fintech infrastructure, financial systems architecture, or monetary modelling.

Deep mastery of value precision, unit modelling, and digital monetary representation.

Proven leadership in environments where microscopic value errors have macroscopic consequences.

Executive judgment supported by mathematical and architectural rigor.

Ability to think in monetary primitives rather than financial products.
Compensation Structure (Saudi Arabia)

Base Salary: SAR 81,000 – 113,000 per month

Annual Executive Incentive: 40% – 60% of base salary
