Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Financial Technology, Computer Engineering, Banking Systems, Economics, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience across payment infrastructure, enterprise financial systems, fintech modernization, or digital banking ecosystems.
• Strong expertise in transaction orchestration, operational scalability, and enterprise payment modernization.
