Role Vision

The Executive Managing Director will lead the design and scaling of digital wealth management and robo-advisory platforms, integrating AI-powered portfolio optimization, predictive analytics, and client engagement frameworks.

This role requires strategic, technical, and regulatory expertise, ensuring platforms deliver personalized, scalable, and compliant wealth management solutions.

Strategic Responsibilities

1. Digital Wealth Platform Development

• Architect secure, modular, and scalable digital wealth systems

• Integrate portfolio management, automated trading, and advisory modules

• Ensure seamless, multi-channel client experiences

2. AI-Driven Portfolio & Investment Analytics

• Build predictive AI/ML models for portfolio optimization

• Implement automated portfolio rebalancing and risk-adjusted strategies

• Monitor real-time performance and client reporting

3. Client Engagement & Personalization

• Develop client dashboards and engagement platforms

• Leverage analytics for personalized investment advice and insights

• Track client adoption, satisfaction, and portfolio performance metrics

Technology & Ecosystem

• Robo-advisory AI frameworks and predictive analytics engines

• Cloud-native portfolio management platforms

• Secure client data storage and encryption frameworks

• APIs for multi-platform integration

• Dashboarding and visualization tools for real-time insights

Regulatory Alignment

Platforms must comply with Central Bank of Bahrain standards, including investment regulation, client protection, and data privacy compliance.

Candidate Profile

• 18–22 years in digital wealth, fintech investment platforms, or robo-advisory

• Strong expertise in AI-driven portfolio management and client analytics

• Proven experience managing global WealthTech teams

• Deep understanding of GCC wealth management and investment regulations
