Strategic Role Summary
The Executive Managing Director will oversee enterprise-wide transformation involving healthcare payment modernization, intelligent claims ecosystems, cloud-native financial infrastructure, predictive operational analytics, and digital patient engagement platforms.
The successful candidate will operate at the convergence of fintech innovation, healthcare modernization, operational resilience engineering, and enterprise financial scalability transformation.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Financial Technology, Healthcare Systems, Finance, Data Science, or related discipline.
- 12–18 years of experience across healthcare finance, payment infrastructure, fintech ecosystems, or enterprise operational modernization.
- Strong expertise in claims systems, payment orchestration, and healthcare financial operations.
- Deep understanding of AI-powered analytics and cloud-native financial architecture.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation and customer experience modernization initiatives.
- Familiarity with operational resilience systems and interoperability governance frameworks.
