Lead the Digital Transformation of Modern Wealth Management
An internationally expanding fintech enterprise is seeking a strategic Executive Manager – Digital Wealth & Investment Platforms to oversee the design, commercialization, and continuous enhancement of digital wealth management ecosystems serving retail investors, family offices, private banking clients, and institutional investors.
This leadership opportunity combines product innovation, customer experience, financial technology, and commercial strategy to create sophisticated investment solutions for the next generation of digital finance.
Strategic Responsibilities
Product Leadership
- Define long-term digital wealth platform strategies.
- Build innovative investment technology roadmaps.
- Lead product lifecycle management.
- Improve customer engagement through intelligent digital experiences.
Business Strategy
- Identify emerging market opportunities.
- Conduct competitive analysis.
- Develop revenue growth initiatives.
- Establish strategic partnerships within financial ecosystems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, UX, analytics, compliance, and commercial teams.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Monitor platform performance using measurable KPIs.
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in fintech, wealth management, digital banking, or investment technology.
- Proven success leading enterprise financial products.
