This executive-level role focuses on the design and leadership of next-generation wealth-tech and digital investment platforms, serving sophisticated retail and institutional user segments. Fully remote, the position is aligned with Bahrain’s role as a regional financial innovation hub and its integration into global investment technology ecosystems.
The mandate encompasses platform strategy, technical architecture, and long-term evolution of digital investment infrastructures, rather than short-term product delivery.
Primary Responsibilities

Define and lead the architecture of digital wealth platforms, including portfolio management, execution systems, and investor analytics.

Design scalable infrastructures supporting multi-asset investment products, automated strategies, and personalised financial experiences.

Establish governance and risk frameworks ensuring platform robustness, transparency, and operational resilience.

Lead collaboration across engineering, data, risk, and external technology partners.

Oversee platform extensibility for future investment instruments and evolving market structures.

Act as a strategic advisor on the convergence of technology, investment management, and digital user engagement.
Executive Profile

18+ years of experience in wealth-tech, investment platforms, capital-markets technology, or fintech leadership.

Proven executive-level accountability for large-scale financial platforms.

Deep understanding of investment lifecycles, portfolio systems, and financial data analytics.

Experience operating within complex regulatory and market environments.

Ability to provide long-term vision and decisive leadership in a fully remote role.
Salary & Compensation Structure (Bahrain Benchmark – Remote)

Base Annual Salary: BHD 160,000 – BHD 210,000

Executive Leadership Premium: Incorporated into upper salary range

Strategic Performance Bonus: 30% – 45% linked to platform delivery and strategic milestones
