Executive Lead – Fintech Platform Economics, Revenue Architecture & Digital Financial Monetisation (Dubai, UAE)

Strategic Purpose

This role is responsible for defining how fintech platforms generate, measure, and optimise economic value at scale. The Executive Lead will design revenue architectures and economic control systems that ensure every product, transaction, and platform interaction is financially intelligible and strategically aligned.

The mandate is to move beyond surface-level monetisation into deep economic engineering—where platform behavior and financial outcomes are structurally linked.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect fintech revenue models spanning transaction fees, subscriptions, float economics, and embedded finance

• Design unit-economics frameworks tied directly to platform behavior and system usage

• Establish financial telemetry systems tracking profitability at granular levels

• Align monetisation logic with platform governance, controls, and scalability objectives

• Advise leadership on pricing strategy, margin sustainability, and growth trade-offs

• Build long-term playbooks for global platform expansion and economic resilience

Required Experience

• 14+ years in fintech strategy, platform economics, or financial product monetisation

• Strong understanding of digital revenue mechanics and financial modeling

• Experience designing economically complex, multi-product fintech platforms

• Proven leadership in remote, senior strategic roles

Engagement & Compensation

• Fully remote, Dubai-aligned role

• Monthly compensation: AED 100,000 – 150,000
