Executive Role Mandate
This is a senior, ecosystem-level fintech leadership role focused on the strategic conception, governance, and expansion of complex digital financial product portfolios operating across international markets. While fully remote, the role aligns with Qatar’s ambitions in financial innovation, platform-based services, and digital market development.
The role holder will serve as the ultimate authority on fintech product ecosystems, integrating strategy, technology, market intelligence, and execution discipline across multiple digital finance verticals.
Scope of Responsibility

Define and govern long-term fintech product ecosystem strategy across payments, platform-based financial services, and digital finance solutions.

Establish product governance models addressing lifecycle management, scalability, operational risk, and market readiness.

Lead strategic product architecture discussions with engineering and platform teams.

Conduct deep international market intelligence to inform expansion strategies and product positioning.

Oversee remote, cross-functional product teams operating across multiple time zones.

Develop executive-grade product roadmaps, KPI frameworks, and innovation portfolios.

Drive structured experimentation and continuous evolution of digital product platforms.
Executive Profile Requirements

14+ years of experience in fintech product leadership, digital platform strategy, or financial services innovation.

Proven success leading complex fintech ecosystems across international markets.

Strong technical literacy across APIs, platform architectures, and data-driven financial systems.

Executive-level leadership presence and stakeholder management capability.

Experience operating within remote-first, globally distributed fintech environments.
Salary Structure (Qatar-Aligned, Remote)

Base Annual Salary: USD 190,000 – USD 245,000

Executive Performance Bonus: USD 35,000 – USD 60,000
