This executive mandate is established to define, govern, and evolve large-scale fintech platforms and digital payment architectures operating across complex regulatory, technological, and economic environments. The role exists at a systems-of-systems level, focusing on how fintech ecosystems should be structured, sustained, and future-proofed over long horizons.
The position is fully remote, with strategic alignment to Saudi Arabia’s advanced digital finance trajectory and regional fintech leadership.
Executive Mandate & Strategic Scope

Define long-term strategic architecture for fintech platforms, including digital payments, transaction orchestration layers, and financial data infrastructure.

Establish executive-level principles for scalability, resilience, interoperability, and economic sustainability across fintech systems.

Design conceptual models for real-time payments, cross-border settlement flows, and multi-rail transaction environments.

Translate macro-economic and regulatory considerations into coherent fintech platform strategies.

Produce board-grade deliverables, including strategic vision papers, reference architectures, and multi-year fintech evolution roadmaps.

Evaluate emerging paradigms such as programmable finance, AI-driven transaction intelligence, and next-generation settlement frameworks.
