REMOTE EXECUTIVE HEAD OF BLOCKCHAIN SETTLEMENT ENGINEERING & DIGITAL ASSET INFRASTRUCTURE – KUWAIT
Role Overview
This senior remote role focuses on designing Kuwait-targeted blockchain settlement infrastructures, tokenized-value systems, and secure digital-asset execution layers. It is intended for a technical leader with the ability to engineer enterprise-scale blockchain solutions, multi-rail settlement frameworks, and institutional-grade digital-asset platforms. The professional will oversee the development of highly resilient ledger frameworks underpinning cross-border settlement, digital-asset custody, decentralized identity, and regulatory-aligned smart-contract governance.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of high-integrity blockchain infrastructures optimized for institutional-scale settlement, tokenized assets, and programmable financial instruments.

Establish architectural standards for digital-asset custody, key-management hierarchies, and secure governance layers.

Engineer multi-network settlement pipelines incorporating permissioned chains, interoperable ledger protocols, and advanced transaction-finality frameworks.

Oversee the integration of blockchain analytics engines, real-time anomaly detection, and advanced risk-monitoring systems.

Construct enterprise-level smart-contract governance models, including audit frameworks, formal verification, and regulator-visible supervisory controls.

Lead high-complexity cross-functional engineering programs focused on Kuwait’s digital-asset modernization, regulatory alignment, and long-term infrastructure scalability.
Qualifications

12+ years in blockchain engineering, distributed-ledger architecture, digital-asset platform development, or cryptographic systems design.

Proven leadership in designing institutional-grade blockchain solutions with complex multi-chain interoperability requirements.

Expertise in consensus-mechanism engineering, applied cryptography, secure smart-contract architectures, and ledger-based settlement systems.

Thorough understanding of GCC fintech regulatory environments, digital-asset supervisory frameworks, and global custody standards.
