Role Summary
This mandate shapes the UAE’s next era of digital-asset and tokenized-market development. The Executive Head will engineer frameworks for institutional blockchain networks, two-way interoperable tokenized instruments, compliant smart-contract platforms, and high-integrity custody and settlement ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Tokenized Market Infrastructure

Architect enterprise-grade blockchain frameworks supporting settlement tokens, tokenized securities, hybrid custody models, and regulated asset-transfer workflows.

Build smart-contract governance models ensuring deterministic execution, auditability, permissioned access layers, and institutional compliance.

Engineer digital-asset settlement systems supporting T+0 clearing, cross-venue settlement, and real-time collateral management.
Cross-Asset Intelligence & Market Engineering

Implement multi-asset analytics engines integrating tokenized equities, commodities, structured instruments, alternative assets, and real-world assets.

Design institutional trading protocols with automated pricing, liquidity modeling, and governance-aligned execution layers.
Regulatory & Custody Compliance

Align all digital-asset frameworks with UAE regulatory controls, digital-market integrity standards, and institutional-custody requirements.

Build cryptographic resilience systems including HSM-based key management, secure enclave architecture, and high-assurance digital vaulting.
Candidate Requirements

10–15 years in blockchain engineering, digital-asset architecture, or institutional market infrastructure.

Advanced expertise in tokenization, regulated custody, consensus systems, and secure distributed finance.

Proven leadership developing enterprise-grade digital-asset environments within regulated markets.
