Executive Head – Fintech Liquidity Architecture (Treasury Systems & Capital Flow Optimisation).

Engagement Model: Full-Time | Senior Leadership | Capital & Infrastructure Focus
Strategic Purpose
This role governs the hidden engine of fintech ecosystems: liquidity movement, treasury orchestration, and capital efficiency. The Executive Head is responsible for designing platforms that ensure capital is available, optimised, traceable, and deployable in real time across payments, lending, and investment systems.
The mandate is architectural and strategic, redefining how liquidity intelligence is embedded into fintech infrastructure.
Primary Responsibilities

Architect real-time liquidity and treasury management platforms

Design capital allocation logic embedded within transaction and settlement systems

Establish frameworks for intra-day liquidity forecasting and optimisation

Integrate treasury intelligence into payments, lending, and digital investment platforms

Define governance models for capital flow transparency and control

Ensure scalability across multi-currency and multi-jurisdictional environments

Lead teams spanning treasury systems, platform engineering, and financial analytics
Executive Background

16+ years in fintech treasury systems, liquidity platforms, or financial infrastructure

Deep understanding of capital flows within digital financial ecosystems

Proven experience operating at institutional and international scale

Strategic leadership with advanced system-level insight
Compensation Structure (Qatar)

Base Salary: QAR 95,000 – 130,000 per month

Annual Executive Bonus: 35%–50%
