Job Summary
We are seeking an Executive Head for Digital Assets & Tokenization Infrastructure to oversee the design and implementation of Bahrain’s institutional digital asset frameworks. The role will involve tokenization strategy, smart settlement systems, digital custody solutions, and AI-driven compliance monitoring. The candidate will lead cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and regulation-compliant digital asset infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities

Develop institutional-grade tokenization and digital asset platforms.

Design secure digital custody systems with multi-signature and HSM-backed controls.

Implement AI-powered compliance monitoring, fraud detection, and market surveillance.

Establish governance frameworks for multi-chain and cross-border digital asset operations.

Lead remote engineering, compliance, and strategy teams.

Align digital asset initiatives with Bahrain’s financial regulations and international best practices.
Qualifications

Master’s or PhD in Digital Asset Engineering, Financial Cryptography, or related discipline.

12+ years in fintech, blockchain infrastructure, or digital asset strategy.

Expertise in tokenization, smart contracts, digital custody, and institutional finance.

Strong leadership and strategic governance experience.
