The role is specifically designed for strategic fintech executives capable of combining institutional real-estate modernization, intelligent infrastructure engineering, operational governance transformation, and multinational property-finance innovation into adaptive next-generation financial ecosystems.

Strategic Leadership Overview
The Executive Group President – Fintech AI-Powered Real Estate Finance & Intelligent Smart Property Payment Ecosystems will supervise enterprise modernization initiatives involving intelligent property-finance ecosystems, predictive treasury infrastructures, operational settlement systems, and enterprise governance-scalability frameworks.

- Collaborate with cybersecurity, analytics, engineering, treasury operations, infrastructure, and institutional-investment teams

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Financial Technology, Real Estate Economics, Investment Banking, or related discipline
- 12–22 years of experience in fintech modernization, institutional investment ecosystems, treasury operations, or enterprise financial infrastructures
- Strong expertise in AI-powered payment systems and operational property-finance modernization
- Deep understanding of cloud-native financial architectures and transaction-scalability frameworks
- Experience leading multinational financial-transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with operational resilience governance and enterprise cybersecurity ecosystems
