A confidential Gulf-region fintech ecosystem currently expanding its multinational digital banking operations is seeking an exceptional Executive Group Director – AI-Powered Banking Transformation & Intelligent Financial Platforms to lead one of the most ambitious enterprise financial modernization initiatives emerging within the Middle East.
This executive opportunity is intended for a globally experienced fintech strategist capable of engineering highly scalable digital finance ecosystems integrating artificial intelligence, predictive operational analytics, enterprise payment architecture, embedded finance services, cloud-native banking infrastructure, intelligent customer engagement systems, and next-generation transaction technologies.
The selected executive will oversee enterprise-wide transformation initiatives designed to modernize financial operations, accelerate intelligent banking adoption, optimize enterprise transaction infrastructure, and position the organization as a dominant force within the future global digital economy.
This role represents a transformational leadership mandate focused on building intelligent financial ecosystems capable of serving multinational enterprises, institutional banking clients, digital consumers, and large-scale transaction environments across international markets.
Strategic Executive Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise banking transformation initiatives involving AI-powered financial ecosystems, intelligent transaction infrastructure, and digital operational modernization.
- Architect scalable embedded finance platforms supporting digital wallets, API-driven banking systems, automated lending environments, and real-time settlement operations.
- Oversee enterprise implementation of predictive analytics, machine learning frameworks, fraud prevention systems, and automated financial intelligence technologies.
- Coordinate multinational operations across fintech engineering, enterprise cybersecurity, treasury modernization, infrastructure architecture, compliance transformation, and digital product innovation divisions.
- Establish governance frameworks supporting operational resilience, financial security, transaction scalability, and enterprise compliance readiness.
- Drive commercialization initiatives involving institutional finance partnerships, intelligent banking products, digital ecosystem expansion, and financial technology innovation.
- Build executive intelligence dashboards measuring infrastructure performance, transaction growth, customer engagement, operational efficiency, and digital adoption trends.
- Collaborate with regulators and strategic stakeholders to ensure alignment with evolving international financial governance frameworks.
- Evaluate emerging financial technologies and identify commercially scalable opportunities capable of accelerating enterprise growth and competitive market positioning.
- Represent the organization at global fintech innovation councils, banking leadership forums, and enterprise digital finance summits.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 15+ years of executive leadership experience within fintech, enterprise banking transformation, digital financial infrastructure, or multinational financial operations.
- Degree in Financial Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or Business Strategy.
- Deep expertise in intelligent banking ecosystems, API-driven financial architecture, enterprise payment systems, and scalable cloud-native infrastructure.
- Strong exposure to AI deployment within regulated financial environments.
- Proven success managing enterprise-scale multinational transformation initiatives.
