This role treats digital identity as foundational financial infrastructure, rather than a compliance function. The Executive Director is responsible for designing identity, authentication, and trust architectures that enable secure, scalable, and friction-aware participation in digital financial ecosystems.
Operating remotely with Dubai as the strategic anchor, the mandate emphasizes trust-by-design, where identity systems are deeply embedded into transaction flows, platform access, and decision intelligence.
Core Responsibilities

Architect digital identity platforms supporting onboarding, authentication, and continuous verification.

Design trust frameworks integrating behavioral signals, device intelligence, and transaction context.

Establish standards for identity lifecycle management and authentication governance.

Integrate identity infrastructure seamlessly into payments, lending, and platform access systems.

Collaborate with globally distributed platform, security, and data teams in a remote-first model.

Translate complex trust mechanisms into clear executive-level frameworks.

Produce institutional documentation defining identity architecture, risk assumptions, and evolution pathways.
Candidate Profile

16–23 years of experience in fintech identity systems, security architecture, or platform trust design.

Deep expertise in authentication models, digital trust, and identity data structures.

Strong architectural reasoning and systems-level thinking.

Proven leadership in complex, distributed fintech environments.

Exceptional clarity in written and verbal communication.
Compensation Structure

Annual Compensation: AED 900,000 – 1,400,000 (tax-free)
