Role Overview

The Executive Director for WealthTech & AI-Driven Portfolio Intelligence will design and oversee cutting-edge investment intelligence platforms in Qatar’s fintech ecosystem. The role encompasses AI-enabled portfolio management, multi-asset predictive analytics, regulatory-aligned advisory systems, and cloud-native infrastructure for high-frequency financial data. The successful candidate will lead development of globally competitive, compliant wealth management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect AI-powered wealth platforms capable of multi-asset portfolio optimization, scenario analysis, and automated rebalancing.

• Integrate predictive analytics for risk assessment, liquidity management, and market trend forecasting.

• Lead cloud-based infrastructure design supporting high-volume transactional data, secure storage, and real-time analytics.

• Embed Qatar’s regulatory requirements into AI governance frameworks, model auditability, and reporting compliance.

• Oversee platform innovation, including behavioral finance engines, automated investment advisory, and digital asset integration.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, resilience, and global-standard architecture.

Required Expertise

• 10–15 years in WealthTech, AI-enabled portfolio management, or financial analytics platform development.

• Expertise in cloud-native systems, multi-asset investment platforms, AI/ML modeling, and data governance.

• Strong understanding of Qatar regulatory environment for wealth management and digital assets.

• Proven track record of delivering institution-grade investment technology solutions.
