Strategic Role Mandate

This role is designed for a senior fintech strategist and architect responsible for designing, governing, and evolving treasury and financial operating systems tailored for large-scale oil & gas enterprises. The mandate encompasses end-to-end orchestration of capital flows, commodity hedging, revenue settlement, and digital asset management within complex energy ecosystems.

The position is not operational finance; it is a systems-level infrastructure and strategic architecture mandate, ensuring treasury, hedging, and payment operations are fully embedded, automated, and resilient within enterprise fintech platforms.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Architect integrated treasury systems linking cash management, commodity trading, and corporate finance for oil & gas operations.

• Define automated hedging and risk management workflows embedded within financial platforms.

• Establish governance models ensuring full auditability, transparency, and compliance with both domestic and international energy finance regulations.

• Design integration layers between ERP, trading systems, digital asset custody, and banking platforms.

• Translate macro-level capital strategy, commodity exposure, and regulatory requirements into executable system architectures.

• Produce executive-grade documentation including treasury blueprints, multi-year evolution roadmaps, and scenario planning for extreme commodity market volatility.

• Oversee system-wide testing for settlement integrity, liquidity stress tolerance, and operational continuity.

Required Expertise & Professional Profile

• Extensive experience in oil & gas treasury platforms, enterprise financial systems, or large-scale fintech infrastructure.

• Deep mastery of capital management, commodity hedging, and automated financial workflows.

• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing oil & gas finance and fintech integration.

• Proven ability to operate autonomously at senior executive and technical level in remote environments.

• Exceptional architectural reasoning, analytical depth, and written communication skills suitable for board-level reporting.

Compensation Structure (Remote – KSA Aligned)

• Base Monthly Compensation: SAR 70,000 – SAR 95,000

• Annualised Range: SAR 840,000 – SAR 1,140,000

• Performance-Based Incentive: Up to 40% annually

• Additional Provisions: Executive research budget, digital infrastructure allowance, multi-year retention incentives
