Strategic Role Mandate
This role is conceived for a senior fintech architect and strategist responsible for designing, governing, and evolving enterprise-scale financial platforms tailored for oil & gas commodity finance. The mandate encompasses end-to-end orchestration of commodity hedging, revenue settlement, treasury integration, and digital asset management, ensuring platforms can operate seamlessly in volatile global energy markets while maintaining regulatory compliance, resilience, and scalability.
The position is not operational finance. It is a systems-level architecture and strategic infrastructure mandate, embedding financial governance, automation, and risk mitigation directly into platform design.
Strategic Responsibilities

Architect integrated digital platforms supporting treasury, commodity trading, hedging, and corporate finance operations within oil & gas ecosystems.

Define automated workflows for settlement, margin management, and real-time liquidity monitoring.

Establish governance models ensuring compliance with domestic and international energy finance regulations.

Design interoperable systems connecting ERP, trading platforms, digital wallets, and banking infrastructure.

Translate macro-level capital strategy, commodity exposure, and operational risk into executable system architectures.

Develop executive-grade documentation: treasury blueprints, platform evolution roadmaps, and stress-testing frameworks.

Lead scenario planning and resilience testing for extreme market volatility, liquidity stress, and counterparty risk exposure.
Required Expertise & Professional Profile

Extensive experience in oil & gas finance, enterprise treasury systems, or fintech infrastructure design.

Deep mastery of commodity hedging, cash management, and digital financial workflows.

Strong understanding of cross-border energy regulations and compliance frameworks.

Proven ability to operate autonomously at executive technical level in remote environments.

Exceptional analytical, architectural, and strategic communication capabilities.
Compensation Structure (Remote – KSA Aligned)

Base Monthly Compensation: SAR 72,000 – SAR 98,000

Annualised Range: SAR 864,000 – SAR 1,176,000

Strategic Performance Incentive: Up to 40% annually
