Overview

Qatar is emerging as a wealth management and investment innovation hub, with ambitions to lead in asset tokenization and digital advisory services. The Executive Director of WealthTech & Tokenized Investment Platforms will establish scalable digital investment solutions, integrate sustainable finance strategies, and deliver world-class client experiences for high-net-worth and institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect WealthTech roadmaps incorporating robo-advisory, AI-based portfolio management, and multi-asset digital platforms.

• Lead the design and execution of tokenized investment frameworks, enabling digitized access to real estate, commodities, and alternative securities.

• Oversee digital asset custody infrastructures aligned with international cybersecurity and investor protection standards.

• Collaborate with regulators to establish sandboxes and digital innovation zones for next-generation investment vehicles.

• Embed ESG and sustainability metrics into digital investment frameworks for global investor alignment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in asset management, digital wealth innovation, or financial product strategy.

• Strong knowledge of digital custody, tokenized securities, and hybrid human-digital wealth platforms.

• Familiarity with cross-border wealth management and digital regulatory standards.

• CFA/CAIA or advanced postgraduate degree in finance, law, or technology strongly preferred.
