Role Overview
We are inviting applications for the role of Executive Director of WealthTech & Digital Asset Strategy, a position requiring both deep technical expertise and strategic foresight. This executive will oversee the design and deployment of WealthTech ecosystems, tokenized asset platforms, and AI-powered portfolio optimization frameworks within Qatar’s financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic initiatives in WealthTech innovation, including robo-advisory platforms, digital portfolio diversification, and AI-driven risk management.

Establish frameworks for tokenized real estate, commodity-backed digital assets, and blockchain-powered investment exchanges.

Integrate regulatory technology (RegTech) platforms to ensure compliance with Qatar Central Bank and international digital asset governance standards.

Develop cross-border WealthTech partnerships to position Qatar as a hub for digital wealth management solutions in the GCC.

Guide multi-disciplinary teams on cloud-based financial platforms, API economy integrations, and advanced cybersecurity strategies.
Qualifications

Minimum 12 years of experience in wealth management technology, digital asset innovation, or fintech product strategy.

Expertise in digital asset tokenization, blockchain protocols, robo-advisory, and AI in financial services.

In-depth knowledge of Qatar’s financial regulatory environment and global digital asset governance models.

Advanced degrees in Financial Technology, Digital Asset Management, or Applied Finance preferred.
