Position Overview
Qatar is rapidly emerging as a fintech investment powerhouse with strategic ambitions in wealth management and digital asset innovation. The Executive Director of WealthTech & Digital Asset Innovation will lead next-generation wealth management digitalization initiatives across private banking, asset tokenization, AI-driven advisory services, and global digital custody standards.
Key Responsibilities

Define and execute a WealthTech transformation roadmap for high-net-worth individual (HNWI) and institutional markets, incorporating AI-driven portfolio optimization, robo-advisory platforms, and hybrid human-digital advisory services.

Spearhead the development of regulated tokenized securities frameworks, enabling alternative assets (real estate, infrastructure, commodities) to be seamlessly integrated into global wealth portfolios.

Build digital custody architectures for digital assets, ensuring compliance with the highest international cybersecurity and governance standards.

Collaborate with regulators to design sandboxes and innovation frameworks for new wealth technologies, bridging global standards with Qatari strategic ambitions.

Oversee implementation of ESG-focused digital investment platforms, integrating sustainability metrics into investment decision-making.
Qualifications & Expertise

15+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, fintech innovation, or asset management technology.

Proven track record of delivering global digital wealth platforms, robo-advisory solutions, or tokenization ecosystems.

Strong familiarity with global wealth management regulations, cross-border digital asset compliance, and investor protection frameworks.

Advanced degree in finance, business, or technology; CFA/CAIA/fintech-specialized qualifications preferred.
