Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead Kuwait’s WealthTech innovation strategy, focused on AI-powered portfolio optimization, automated advisory, and intelligent asset allocation.

Establish frameworks for digital investment marketplaces, enabling tokenized securities, ETFs, and alternative asset classes.

Design scalable architectures for robo-advisory platforms, embedding advanced analytics and risk profiling.

Integrate AI-powered behavioral finance tools, providing hyper-personalized investment experiences to retail and institutional investors.

Collaborate with financial regulators to align AI-driven investment models with evolving market governance structures.

Drive cross-functional adoption of blockchain for wealth management—ensuring transparency, traceability, and digital asset custody security.
Required Expertise

Extensive senior leadership experience (12–15+ years) in wealth management technology, AI analytics, or fintech strategy.

Demonstrated expertise in digital asset management platforms, blockchain-based investment instruments, and robo-advisory ecosystems.

Strong background in data science, predictive analytics, and algorithmic financial modeling.

Familiarity with Kuwaiti and GCC investment landscapes, regulatory conditions, and sovereign wealth fund priorities.
